Internal Communications

The internal communications person acts as the main contact to our working groups and manages the member lists needed to update to our partners. Is responsible for reporting board and working group meetings to our partners.

External Communications

The external communications person is responsible for managing HU's relations to other sustainability related organizations within Lund. Seeks out possible collaborations and co-ordinations.

event Coordinator

The event coordinator recruits a team for event planning. The scope depends on the team, as the team (led by the event coordinator) has the freedom to organise both social and academic events throughout the semester.

Publicity

This position can be shared between 1-3 people. The responsibility of the publicity person/people is to communicate about HU and the working groups to our audiences. This can be done through our Facebook page (create our own events and share events of working groups, respond to messages and share relevant material in coordination with the boards vision), website (keep up to date on our work), and newsletter (recruit fellow writers, and  manage publication and newsletter email address).
